We are an espresso bar who sells Specialty Coffees by Wild Horse Creek. Our focus is on local and fresh items baked on-site or delivered daily, sweets treats, delicious foods and gifts from Kansas and the KC area. We have a small bistro style lunch menu with a Kansas themed sandwich board, soup kettle and homemade salads. We have gourmet snacks, gifts and baskets, and we are the Home of the Courthouse Cookie™. So whether you're just married, just divorced, just out of jail, guilty as charged or it's your birthday, we are sure to have a treat for any occasion.

Because of our great location, overlooking the Courthouse steps and beautiful park, we are available after hours for private parties. "It is so fun to witness weddings almost every day at the gazebo from our windows." So we make the perfect location for small, intimate wedding receptions, bridal showers, birthday and tea parties. We cater on and off site.

Kansas Coffee Company features so many great area vendors: Louisburg Apple Cider Mill, we use apple, peach and pumpkin pie butters to make our bagel spreads, KC Donuts are delivered every morning! We make most of our treats; however, due to the limited space issues, we have partnered with several top notch Olathe Bakers: Sugar Babies Bakery and Karis Café, who deliver the best cakes, fruit tarts, chocolate torte, and many gourmet treats. We have Rabbit Creek soups and dips that we embellish with fresh local farm ingredients. Other Elite Vendors include: Indigo Wild-Zum products, Ladny's apron creations, and  even our potato chips are from Cheney, Kansas Art & Mary's.
